Once you have signed a partner, it will be important to transition your relationship from sales to retention. Encouraging a partnership creates success. Using this checklist will ensure a smooth transition.
Once a partner has confirmed their partnership with GetintheLoop, transition out of the Sales process as follows:
The partnership is confirmed once you will receive an email from HQ with the subject “Thanks for subscribing to GetintheLoop!”. This email is generated once the partner completes the Subscription form online.
Set the Deal to ‘Won’ in Pipedrive.
Ensure all of the contact information is up-to-date in Pipedrive.
Now that you have won the deal, do these steps to onboard your partner and switch focus to retention.
Follow the Day 1 Onboarding tasks listed on the 30 Day Schedule page.
Set up the Partner Profile. Steps are detailed on the GetintheLoop for Business page.
Set up any known offers as “drafts”.
Send Welcome to GetintheLoop email.
Continue with the Day 2 and 3 tasks as listed on the 30 Day Schedule.
Schedule the kick-off meeting as well as the remaining tasks.
Refer to the Kick-off Meeting Questions for discussion during the call.
