Onboarding Checklist

Once you have signed a partner, it will be important to transition your relationship from sales to retention. Encouraging a partnership creates success. Using this checklist will ensure a smooth transition.

Sale Details

Once a partner has confirmed their partnership with GetintheLoop, transition out of the Sales process as follows:

  • The partnership is confirmed once you will receive an email from HQ with the subject “Thanks for subscribing to GetintheLoop!”. This email is generated once the partner completes the Subscription form online.

  • Set the Deal to ‘Won’ in Pipedrive.

  • Ensure all of the contact information is up-to-date in Pipedrive.
