We’re eager to officially announce that Michael DeLong has been appointed Head of Growth of our Franchise Network!
Based out of Hamilton, Ontario, Michael’s been with GetintheLoop since April 2020 (an interesting year to say the least). Having signed 70 partners onto the platform and counting, GetintheLoop gives Michael control of his career and the satisfaction of helping his community grow.
As of this month, Michael will start transitioning into his role while still maintaining and growing his market in Hamilton. In his new role, Michael will:
- Act as a consultant and coach to other franchisees
- Help lead weekly meetings and work with our leadership team on the growth strategy of the Franchise network, and
- Help with the launching of new markets and support how HQ serves our Partners.
This is a huge advantage for new franchisees that we onboard, as they’ll learn from someone who started in their exact position and grew a successful, profitable market from it.
